Research at the Institute for Old Catholic Studies focuses above all on four core areas: Church History, Systematic Theology, Liturgy Studies and Ecumenical Theology.
Our research is conducted with international partners and we have various collaborations with researchers elsewhere in Switzerland and abroad. Several researchers are adjunct researchers, for example Prof. Martyn Percy, Prof. Dr. Charlotte Methuen, Prof. Dr. Anca Vasiliu and Doz. Dr. Mattijs Ploeger.
